They're all over the phone book. I used to call around the junkyards a lot. Found lots of goodies at cheap prices. 
But if you're looking for one particular item on short notice, you may be out of luck. MBs aren't as common as Civics.

Yes, there are many junkyards in So. Cal. To find the nearest one to you, look in the yellow pages under "Automobiles-New." Now scroll down to "BMW" . . .
