The wheels don't need spacers to be mounted, but for the C32 the bigger front brakes require them. On other models it may need them to sit flush with your fenders.
You can also check to see if they sell them separately, it would still be worth it if you realy want the wheels. I paid about $6ks for them, and they're are still in pristine condition.

The rear wheel has a 2 inch lip on the 9.5 and the difference with the 10 will not be noticable... however with smaller spacers I have about 1/4" room on the inside wall, and 1/4" on the outside. I don't know how you'd be able to fit the same wheel in a 1/2" larger size with some mod

I dunno man. I didn't do it to my car, but he did and if he can do it, I think I will also try in the future. Here's the car I was talking about with the 10 rear:
