C32 65mm pulley and OEM belt slip

G'day fellow 65mm pulley owners, today I tried running the 65mm EC pulley with my stock belt. What I found was during acceleration ( think making a turn or just going off the line) it would squeak and revving out the band (even from 3000rpm+) it would make a loud squeal.

What fixes have worked for you? Would it be to do replace with new/smaller belt or replacing one of the another pulleys?

Please share your wisdom and suggestions.

PS. Reverting it back to the OEM pulley, it seems to be fine - no rattle or slip

I have 64.7mm pulley and no squeak, make sure u get new belt first, or psk from needswing. Check all ur pullies guide, tensioner, idler, etc they have life expectancy of 50-60 thousand miles, the rattle could be cause the tensioner is maxed out, take a look at it to see where it is, u might need smaller belt or psk.
