search the boards for more feedback as IATs has been thoroughly discussed on C32 and E55 boards... i have a PLM heat exchanger and it does help, but if you are driving in high heat 80F or more and multiple WOT runs then it will take probably 10 mins of casual 30 MPH driving to bring the IATs down to the 30F over ambient range...
i would bet many C32 owners have not properly BLED their coolant systems and have air pockets in the lines which means your IATs will be like 50-60F over ambient.....it easy to do yourself and dont assume if you've had work done to your car that the shop properly bled the system as thats happened to me many times where my IATs were way high and turned out the shop never bled the system properly

C32 IAT's
I have a PLM exchanger, as well as Needswings isolation kit. (Using fahrenheit scale) Under cruising conditions - My car runs at ambient in temperatures under 75F degrees, and no more than 15 over at temperatures above 75F. Under a long pull, say 0-130 mph, my car will heat up to around 165F worst case maximum, and will get back down to normal within 30 seconds of letting off the throttle.
Not sure IAT's for a stock car, but they should be reasonable, never over 250F during a pull, and probably never over 150F in normal driving.
That's just my $0.02, I don't think I've ever seen technical/official numbers from a book.
