C32 Gear not fully engage at maxload between 3rd to 4th gear
Hello!
Became owner of a C32 a few months back and after i had some hard driving i noticed that the gearbox wont fully change gear between 3rd and 4th gear at max load (ie flooring it).
When it decides to change gear at redline (roughly 160 km/h) it just loses all power while the engine keepon operating at roughly 5k rpm, i can manually change gear and it will function as normal, feels like the torque converter(?) doesnt fully engage.
What could be the problem? yearmodel is -02, but i dont have the valeo radiator so i guess the radiator have been replaced long time ago. The car sits at 130k km atm.

Have not researched this, but search for that P0702 code throughout ALL forums, as the 5 speed 722.6 auto trans comes in many models.
If I had to look at things...start by seeing if your electrical connector at the trans is leaking. If it is, replace it, and did it leak into the Trans Control Unit (TCU)? The TCU gets shorted by the fluid wicking in, and makes for all kinds of weird issues. It can be cleaned I've heard.
Could also be the trans conductor plate, which is a DIY swap if you are above average mechanical skill. Search for a DIY on that.
Also - check the fluid with a PROPER dipstick for this model. eBay has them for $10-15.
