Roozy, I was under my car yesterday, and was going to measure for you. Then I realized I'd better not do it. I might give bad advice and mess you up.
I bet you are intereted so you can order the exhaust bypass, right?
The diameter you "measure" will depend on the exact location of the "bypass cutout" and then will also depend on whether you use a inner-slip, outer-slip or butt fitting. Take your car to the exhaust shop and have the tech that will do the work measure for you. $10 job and no problems later.

ya i just went to a well known shop and they are going to do up my exhuast using all stainless parts for $560 ....rear cats going to be taken out to allow more room for the install..taking down everything etc is 8hrs labor/couple days
