How do i tell if my c55 is TUNED or not???

How do i tell if my c55 is TUNED or not???
Just got the car and i know the seller told me resonators were gone but when i look under car i do not see any cats at all. I see these ball shaped pipes up by the front tires and then my mufflers and thats it. I did some test pulls from 40mph -140mph and it pulls like a demon. Pushes me back in my seat instantly. The throttle response is instantaneous if im at 4k rpms. Pulls hard all the way to redline with ease. The M shifts pretty slow and when i downshift it jerks a little. Wish i could throttle blip like the m5 i use to own lol. Does this sound like a tuned car??? I do not have any cel or anything. Exhaust is still some what quiet even with cats gone wth? I really want that the world is coming to an end sound when i rev. Can anyone give me some insight here.

I think you can send in your vin to some tuners to see if anything comes up? You would need headers and some more exhaust parts for better sound
