Wheel And Tire Size

I AM LOOKING TO PUT A SET OF 18X8.5 FRONT AND 18X9.5 IN THE REAR THE ET # FOR THIS CAR IS ET38? WHAT SIZE TIRES WILL I BE ABLE TO FIT ANY SUGGESTIONS THANKS SO MUCH

The front wheel will not clear the calipers. 225/40/18 and 255/35/18 are the correct sizes. Depending on the brand of tire you use, 235/265 should work too.

what do u mean it wont clear the caliper what do u recommend then thanks

The AMG calipers in the front are too big for the wheels. You need wheels with much lower offsets (low 30's). Also, depending on the design of the wheel, backspacing is another factor to determine whether it will fit or not. What wheels do you want to get originally?

i was thinking of the lorinser lm5. what offset do u suggest in the front should i use a et25? in the rear et37? can i fit a 265 35 18 in the rear

You need to put spacers for LM5s. ET25 is a bit too aggressive, ET30-32 is about right. For the rear, ET35 should be good. For the price of the LM5, I would suggest you to consider a set of HREs with custom fitment and offsets.

Yes, you can put 265 on the rear PROVIDED you have the right brand of tires because some tires have a more squared sidewall which might cause rubbing while some tires have a more rounded sidewall which should be fine.
