Smile Did some 1/8 streetraces (3 killstorys)

Went for some 201m streetracing tonight and raced three cars before I fell out of the ladder.

1. Saab 93 Something
My first streetstart ever with the C32, first it bogged badly, then it revved fast; and I was standing still spinning all first gear.
He got about 2.5 carlenghts before I started moving. Then I blasted by him at about 50m before the end.

2. Volvo S60R
This time I torqebraked, taking away most of the bogging.
Remembered to ease of the gas when I was spinning.
The volvo still got the start since its 4wd, but then I got 1 carlenght before shifting into 2nd, and won with about 2.5.

3. Opel (Vauxhall) Calibra
Got a worse start again, more bogging and more spinning, he got 2 carlenghts, when the C32 got traction It just jumped up next to him again. Then I was trying to catch the last 0.5 carlenght, but I just didnt make it untill the 201m line. (50m more and I would have had won with a margin).

Maybe I should get some better, wider tires

nice kills but why would you torqebrake? seems to me you would just spin out more when you do that.

First race I didn't.

That time I waited for just before the start, smashing the gas when the arm fell. And pretty much nuthing happend, the car just bogged. Then it started of again, started spinning.

Then I tired torquebraking, and this problem didn't occure.

I dont know what causes this ???
