I have a Mercedes-Benz C180 (W203), 2.0l engine, no Kompressor, with manual transmission. A few days ago I changed the coils which come above the spark plugs, and the car ran perfectly. Last night it rained and when I went in the morning to start the engine, it started up, but immediately it started to rev up and down by itself, I had no throttle response, the check engine light came on display and there was a message on the screen about the ESP not working and how I must visit the workshop to get it checked. I mention that last summer, when I changed the oil, I also changed the spark plugs, the MAF sensor, in autumn I changed the O2 sensors...I really don't know what's going on and I couldn't find an answer on the Internet. Tomorrow a friend of mine will do a diagnose on the car, but he only has a Delphi diagnose tool, which isn't original (nevertheless, it helped me in the past)...
