Headlight lens replacement?
Are these replaceable and where can I get them online.
No luck on pelicanparts or amazon.
Im assuming the clk lens will work?

Good question.
I know the lenses are removable, which is required to replace the xenon igniter, and I’ve done that.
Just don’t know if there is a source for new lenses only. Let us know what you find.
Check the parts numbers to see if the CLK is the same head light. I think they are.
To remove the lense, you need to pull the bumper, remove the headlight, remove the clips that hold the lense, heat the lense sealant to soften it, then gently pry the lense clear of the housing. I may have a DIY to share.
Finding new sealant may also be required. My old sealant was adequate.

Lens on Ebay for $25-$35 each.. but not sure if they are OEM.. most likely they are aftermarket,.. the CLK wont fit since its Shape is Different only W203 Body Style will fit.. Excluding the C55.
CLK & C55 are the same Headlight tho!!!..

The w203 lenses are replaceable. I replaced mine when installing projectors. All it took was 15 minutes in a cardboard box with a heat gun blowing in to soften the glue holding the lenses.

The Lens/Headlight From W203 Meaning C32. C320, C230, C240 Are all the same..
The Lens/Headlight From W203 C55 are Most Likely The SAME As the CLK W209 series Since they Are the Same Front End..

Yes Very True. The w203 lens/headlight will not fit c55. They are completely different. Clk w209 share the same one, and the headlights and lenses are a direct fit for our c55s. Online, people advertise the w203 ones saying that they are compatible with c55 when they are not. I just ordered new depo w203 projector headlights to replace my halogens advertised saying they were compatible with c55, and they didn't fit at all. I ended up getting the w209 depos and they fit perfectly. I'll post pics when i get a chance.

If you're replacing leses, give TRS a shot. They usually have the best stuff at decent prices. Have used them for bulbs and lenses in the past and have never been disappointed with their products. I searched for CLK/W209 headlights, not W203. (2006 CLK with HIDs).

Just spoke with TRS and asked if they sell the outside lens cover for the CLK55 or C55 AMG's and he definitely said "NO". However, they sell the projector type and BI-Xenon lenses only! Here's their # 404 220-7940
