Steering Rack Replacement - Recommendations???

Steering Rack Replacement - Recommendations???
Hi guys and gals fans of the C32s/C55s
Recently i've done a mayor replacement of my c55 front suspension and brake system (Control Arms, Tie Rods, Boots, Sway Bar links, New Rotors, Front Shocks, Mounts, etc...) Immediately after that job, the steering wheel started to jab on the opposite side when i turn... from previous forums it seems that now i will need to replace/rebuild the steering rack... Due to this situation i'm asking you for recommendations...
First: Should i buy a remanufactured Rack & Pinion or rebuild my own???
If going with remanufactured, which brand do you recommend???
So far i have found a New Bilstein in around $1,200...thats a lot of money!!!!
While Remanufactured (around $500), i've found TRW, MAVAL & Cardone... which will you choose???
Also and very important... How do i know if my car have the Speed Sensitive Power Steering [Code 213]???
Will someone let me know thru my Vin #WDBRF76J75F610799
No idea on how much will it be to rebuild my own???
Second: Since the Rack & Pinion have to be remove, should i:
a) Change the bushings?
b) Put a filter on the R&P?
c) Change the Power Steering Pump???

Ran your VIN thru datamb.com - you do not have 213. Of the 3 you listed - I'd recommend Cardone. New rack should come with the bushings - I don't see a reason to add filter or change pump, unless you have concerns over shavings in the fluid.
