cooling measures?

I just recently moved to lost wages(Las Vegas). My concern is that when summer comes, the generous summer heat will affect the performance of my car. I have a 2003 C32 and I was wondering what measures I can take to keep my engine from heating up too much. Thanks for the advice.

There are a few options for better cooling. The best option for better cooling is to use a coolant mixture that has more water then anti-freeze. Many people use a 60/40 ratio of water/anti-freeze in their cars. You can also add Redline Water Wetter to you coolant, and that will help some. Because it is a surfactant it will keep "hot spots" for forming. You could also use a high performance coolant such as Dex-Cool, which provides better thermal transfer then normal “green” coolant.

Another option is to run 100% water with Redline Water Wetter. This will give you the absolute best cooling, but provides no freeze or corrosion protection.
