P0702 transmission control module fault

C32 amg
P0702 transmission control module fault
Hi guys. I have recently purchased a c32. Drove fine done 300miles in it in this time.
now yesterday the car was jerky when going in to drive and went into limp mode and EML on. Plugged into a reader which threw up code P0702 Transmission control module.
Would appreciate any pointers from you guys before it goes in to get investigated

appologies if there is a thread on here already and if someone can share link for it.

Will be putting it on a diagnostic tool this evening.
