We had success last night replacing the fuel pumps on my 2002 C32 with readily available and affordable aftermarket units. Only slight tweaks were needed. It turns out that my SAM unit has suffered some heat damage as the old pumps were drawing too many amps. We are at 7 amps now while running. For some reason the fuse chart sticker was not the correct one for my car. A new SAM and fuse chart has been ordered as well as a few minor bits to make it all nice and stock.
