225/40/18 and 255/35/18 will guarantee to be rubbing free.
235/40/18 and 265/35/18 will be very tight.
235/40/18 and 275/35/18 will probably rub and have to roll the fenders.

To eliminate the rubbing potential, purchase an equally appropriate wheel size of 18x8 fronts, and 18x9 rears with 235 40 fronts and 255/265 35 rears. You could even run 245's up front without any problems.
Pirelli's tread width are usually narrow allowing a larger width number to be run, while the Bridgestone's run much wider requiring a narrower width to be run. ie; a 235 Rosso is about equal to a 225 S03.

Most BBS wheels will not clear the front AMG calipers, except the one that I have on my car and the one evosport uses on their 32. If you change your wheels to any aftermarket ones, the only warranty that they can void are your tires and wheels (which you took them out already).

just make sure the bolt pattern is the same, and the offset is the the range of stock. If you do 8.5 all around are you planning to run same tire size on all 4 corners?
