Hi fellow Benz drivers. can someone please provide me with a pic of the back of their (w203) engine bay with the water drain tubes clearly visible? was wondering if the inner right tube went behind the heat shield or not. because i saw a brake line going there and certainly do NOT want rusty brake lines at that spot. i added a few pics of what i mean. in EPC they're called drip mouldings with part no 203 832 04 25.
This is an old thread, but does anyone know if the drain tubes connect to another tube to drain further inside of that space between the heat shield? I'm wondering because I pulled it out to clean it without realizing I might have dislodged it from whatever it is connected to between the heat shield and the body of the car. Cheers!
