How to adjust dampers on H&R coilovers?

How to adjust dampers on H&R coilovers?
My tires are still rubbing after raising the height and wanted to firm the ride up myself without going back to my shop. Can I do it without jacking up the whole car?

there is no dampening control for H&R coilovers.

The only solution for dampening control is to buy some Depends...

Is the tire rubbing on the adjustable collar/spring perch, or is the tire or wheel rubbing on the strut housing itself and leaving a mark? What ride heights are you at from the fender lip to the center of the hub?
