guide pulley #4 HELP PLEASE
So the infamous guide pulley # 4, I noticed that my belt was not aligned properly on the guide pulley and noticed that the belt is about to come off. I decided to go ahead and contact needswings and order a guide pulley.
all was well, removal was a breeze. however upon removal of the guide pulley i noticed that the nipple or whatever you call the part that goes into the bearing of the guide pulley was sheared and cracked. so my question is, do they have guide pulley brackets ? or what part is holding pulley #4? any help or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
This is pulley #4 that goes on but as you can see the bracket/nipple is cracked
As the pulley failed it sheared off the bracket holding the pulley 😨
