SRS Light will not go off

SRS Light will not go off
I noticed I little ago when someone gets out of my passenger seat the SRS light goes off but now the light will not go of unless someone sits down in the passenger seat and also noticed the seat warmer works but only for the back the not the but. Is the seat bad or a computer under the seat?

The SRS light will only go out when the motor is revved to 6k in Park. Fact.
The seat warmer is unfortunately normal as the design is junk and breaks with a poorly placed knee in the seat trying to reach something across the car. The bottom seems to stop working while the back portion is fine on almost everybody's. Seats need unskinned of upholstery to fix.
