Need to replace springs with struts? C55

I am getting ready to replace the worn (OEM at 175k) struts on my C55. Should I replace the springs as well? I measured the ride height and its a bit lower than OEM, but its hard to say for sure.
Also, do new struts come with strut bearings, or is this something I need to order too. They are very creaky at low speed turns.
I'm thinking I'll buy the OE replacement bilsteins from FCP Euro as I don't want to lower it.

Thanks, Casey

Springs sag a small amount over time but I wouldn't replace them unless they are rusted or compromised in some way. The strut bearings are almost always purchased separate from the struts.

I replaced my shocks and struts with the bilstein B4 which are the oe replacements about a year ago. I didn’t replace the springs as they looked to be in good shape but I had only 120K on the clock. What a difference they made. The car was much more comfortable. I believe I bought mine from tire rack. Later I added thicker sway bars and it has been a beautiful balance of comfort and performance.

Adding a set of Bilstein shocks will make it better. Dont worry about the springs.

I have the Bilstein pss9 setup myself but even the B4's would be a nice upgrade from OEM.
