Nice kill story on Bimmerforums
My friend is getting some work done on his E46 M3, and I'm primarily driving my LS-430 while commuting, so I lent him my C32. It has stock power but I've replaced the suspension with KW Varient 2 coil overs.
Seems like yesterday a M3 owner and a SL55 owner decided to challenge him on a nice twisty road. My friend does track and autocross and drives a lot better than I do. The M3 owner and SL55 owner appear to be somewhat clueless drivers who just happen to have powerful cars.

Incidentally, my friend (who's a hardcore M3 guy), reports that the C32 handled admirably -- apparently no screeching from my S03s, no pushing out off the line in the corners.

Great story & replies. Nice to hear from the guy who has both an M & AMG in the garage. Stock M3 vs. Stock C32 -- no question, the C32 pulls on the M3. Curves, different story (and driver ability).
