because so the dealership can charge markup fees to the customer unlike if the car is pre ordered by the customer.

Ok, everyone in South FL, be on the look out on I-95 next weekend
for a a speeding red CLK55 alongside a black C55. Neal, we are going
to torment all the other south FL exotics this coming weekend.
