interested in one, but need help
can someone please tell me difference between 2002, 03, and 04 c32 model.
currently have w210 but interested.
what is the best year if used.

2002 C32s didnt come with a spare tire while 2k4 models came with them, headliner is different material, W/S gear on 2k2 is C/S gear on 2k4, 2k4 models have the aluminum sport pedals, 2k4 offered bixenon headlight option, and i think taht should round it up!!!

I believe '03 and '04's also have the signature plate on the engine, the '02's do not.
