Anyone install (or had installed) a Lidatek LE-30 or other Lidatek unit?
This week I received from Lidatek two LE-30 units, one with a single front detector/emitter destined for the C32 and another with dual front detector/emitters destined for the Lexus, purchased of the BMW M5/M3 combined group buy. (Apparently another group buy is being organized on one of the Audi forums if anyone wants to get in on it.)
Anyone installed a LE-30 unit (or perhaps the older LE-20) on a C32? I'm curious to see how and where the LE-30 detector/emitter is attached. Also, where is the wiring bundle that goes from the engine compartment to the passenger compartment? If I do the install myself I'll need to snake a cable from the detector/emitter in the engine compartment to the central electronics box in the passenger compartment.
Alternatively, does anyone have a recommendation for an installer competent with C classes and/or Lexus LS430s in the metro DC area - I guess it'll have to be someone in Maryland, lol.
