NORTH 44 C63

I know its a little early but I am trying to get things ready for when my C55 arrives in October. Any thoughts on running 235/45 18 Blizzak LM 22's on the staggered AMG's that come on the car? (7.5 x 18 front and 8.5 x 18 rear) I will probably run Renntech Mono's for the summer so I can utilize the AMG's for winter.
The Blizzak looks like the only 18" that comes close to OEM sizing and the ratings are A1....
