C32 Vs W124 3.2
Hello
First time on this forum.
I have owned Benz before.
However I need some feedback back between:-
1. 2001 c32 10089 km on the clock verses
2. 1995 W124 Sedan 190000 km
Both automatic and excellent condition.
My questions as a daily driver in a city and long trips because I like driving on the weekends what would you recommend?
Is the AMG engine worth owning?

2006 C55 AMG 6 speed
I've owned a clean W124, and I have a C55 now. C55/W203 AMG all the way.
W124 is a brilliant car, don't get me wrong.. but the power difference between the two is staggering. And the 124 is getting a bit old, I'm sure will need more TLC than a W203.
If the choice was between a W124 500E or something special, it might be worth having a discussion. But a non AMG W124 is nowhere near as special/capable as a C32.
I adore W124's FWIW.. if I had spare cash I'd pick one up just because they're so comfortable, spacious, and surprisingly light on their feet (if with a 24V M104). I just don't see myself owning one unless I can afford another more modern fun car.
