This is a complete disaster I have been dealing with the worst customer service ever. I own 2 BMWs and I have never experienced anything like this. Ok so the story continues. My ETA for my shock strut got pushed to a week later and it came in on Wednesday. My SA says he is gonna try to get it done Wednesday if not Thursday. Ok so Thursday I go down to my dealer, and of course he still didn’t start working on it. The mechanic was to busy with another car that was on the lift and couldn’t stop work on that car to fix mine that has been sitting there for a MONTH! I was promised my car Thursday, but that got pushed to today Friday. So I call Friday (today) and guess what, they open the box Thursday evening to see that the hardware to install the strut is missing. Ok so of course they don’t have it in stock. So now they hunt for the part and they find it in California. They ship it overnight so there supposed to get it today and try and install it today. I was so furious when i herd this and blamed my SA for the problem. It was his fault for not checking to see if the parts were all in the box on Wednesday when it came in. So he tells me to stop blaming him. And i got even more pissed off. I told him if I don’t get my car by Saturday im getting my attorney and getting my money back for the car and that I don’t want it anymore. I have never been played around like this by any other car dealership's service department. This is complete and utter bull****. Customer relations calls me and i complained even more and told them the same thing about Saturday. I am so furious and so angry I cant even explain. And they are compensating me by giving me a 1,000 dollar check for making me wait. Yes I appreciate that but there putting me through so much crap and made we wait so long that a 1,000 is not much for a 63,000 car.

What a nightmare.. The only way to look at the bright side would be to imagine that your salesman at the time of purchase told you that he would give you a thousand dollars off your car if you would wait 1 month for delivery. Truly hope it works out.

Give the car back.. No excuse for keeping the car for a whole month just to fix something minor. You paid so much money for that car and you can't even enjoy it. I hope it works out for you keep us posted.
Well in the end i get a call today around 5 saying the car is done. I went down there talked to the SA he apologized so did the customer relations rep. It was a complete mess. I finally got my car back the noise is gone and the car is AMAZING. I forgot how much power it had!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We settled everything and i should be getting a 1,000 check soon I could have done a lot more but I got my car back it went in Aug 23, came out September 24. 33 days in the shop! I am going to be writing a letter to MB with my little survey that comes about the service and oh yes there gonna here from me.
