What is the wheel size in width front and rear? Your tires look very stretched on those rims. The fitment looks more like 9" fronts and 10" rears. It appears from the pics that the wheels lip sticks out farther than the tires' rim bead protector? Is this the case? Are they suseptible to curb rash or are they protected? What is the weight of the wheels? What is the offset? Are you running 235/265? The T1-S is a good tire. I have been through three sets in six weeks. Try a set of T1-R's or R888's for better traction.

they would be suceptible to curb rash if u actually hit the curb. scientific i know! they are moderately protected, it doesn't really 'stick out' from the tire, but again there is no 'cushion' to cover it either.

Ride?

C32_MIA,

How is the ride with the 19's and RennTech? I got rid of the NSX for a C32 (quite a change) and found the cornering a bit lazy. My C32 is in the shop right now having the same mods. (19x8.5 / 19x9.5 with RennTech and #2 pads). This seemed to be the most popular setup. What do you think from stock? Handling? Comfort? Etc?

I'll post pictures very soon. I only hope it turns out as nice as yours.

Oh, and I also came across these guys selling a similar wheel for $720 shipped to AZ. http://www.velocitymotoring.com/
I don't know anything of the quality however...

quality wise I think the TSW one C32 MIA got should be a lot better than the velocity one. I've seen the LM-6 replica from velocity on a C320 when I was at the dealership to service my car and the quality compare to mine wasn't that good at all. The finish on the velocity wheel looks cheap.

the ride is excellent, losing the stock rubber is the biggest difference, then the springs. going to a wider, more low profile tire flattens out the ride on any car. the ride height with the renntech springs is 'sporty' rather than 'dropped'- drives great with no rubbing. a huge difference from stock, and i drove it for about 3 weeks before lowering it withthe 19's on there.

Nice is the ride a bit harsh. ? Is cornering alot better do bigger bumps feel really hard like a hit to the suspension or is it stiff but yet silent.

I'd say it rides like stock other than lowered and less bodyroll and less understeer.

Hey guys, Anyone figure out which model rims are on C32 MIA's?

What's the offset for a C32?

Where are the TSW Wheels manufactured? I realize the company is located in Brea, CA (http://www.tsw.com), but their website doesn't have much more info. than that. They seem to imply they are European manufactured.

C32 MIA, what did the addition of RENNtech springs do to the handling of your car? Please be specific - I'm considering this mod, because I find the stock setup to be a bit soft and the front end is practically incommunicado.

EDIT - the above posts answered my questions, I think. We must have all posted in the same time frame!
