2002 C32 washed motor 3 months, miss at idle

My C32 misses only at idle and only cylinder 3. It also keeps CEL on with b1&2 #2 sensor heater circuit fault.
I unplugged all four o2's tested heater circuit voltage all read 8.35 volts unplugged and plugged.
I swapped cyl 1&3 fuel injectors, coils, spark plugs and wires, still #3 and only idle. Just touch gas peddle no miss.
Any ideas?

Valve not closing all the way, slightly tuliped do a compression test or leak down in that cylinder

Going to check compression but was running perfect before wash. I've looked at intake valves they're great. I'm kinda wanting to know more about the cams? Two piece? If mines slipped I don't want to break it. Also curious about heater circuit 8.5 volts, koeo.

I would check the spark plugs. Could have gap growth that is not arcing in certain situations

New plugs are good but did you check the plugs visually after running it and having problems? Check to see if they all look the same or if one may look a little hotter or is drenched in fuel. Also new plugs and wires doesn't mean working plugs and wires. You can also reseat all the coil plugs to make sure they have a good connection but be careful they like to break clips. Check your ground connection at the coil for cylinder 3. Easiest way to find your problem is to eliminate know good variables.

Sorry but as first post stated I had just replaced spark plugs, then swapped spark plugs, coil, injectors and wire's from cylinder#1 to cylinder#3 and still missing on #3.
Update; unplugged intake air temperature sensor and now idles smooth but have lost 60% of power.
