Ugh! 722.6 trouble.

Just changed the conductor plate and plug because of limp mode and now the car won't even go into gear...
now it's throwing codes P0104 and P0705
P0104 says MAF or VAF A ckt intermittent
P0705 says trans range sensor malfunction

Any ideas?

Have you checked the TCM for transmission fluid exposure? I am sure you're aware but if the plug leaks over time it can wick up the wires and enter TCM.. Electronics cleaner can usually fix it if you catch it in time.

If no dice on TCM you can always try battery reset just to see... Free fix checks before anything, go through all of them even if they seem redundant then work up from there.
If you're getting a MAF related code you can try starting it with MAF unplugged to bypass it and car will run on speed/density. Likelihood of a MAF going out while doing this job is pretty much zero but could allow things to re-sync.

Are you 100% confident all of the replacement went exactly as it should have?

Someone else will have relatable situation advice soon I am sure, or I can show you how to manual swap it Good Luck!
