Botched Valve Stem Seal Work

Good day,

I took my C55 AMG to workshop for a Valve Stem Seal change where they opted to strip the cylinder heads to perform the Job. Before the car went to the workshop it had the following Symptoms:
* Puffs Smokes in the morning at Start-Up
* High Oil consumption
* Fouls Sparks Plugs every 3 Months

After the seals were changed the car was worse:
* Smokes all the time
* High Oil Consumption
* When deaccelerating the is a huge cloud of smoke
* Every time the car comes to a stop, it smokes
* ECU Code P203D
Fouls Sparks Plugs within weeks

Took it to another mechanic to diagnose and redo the job:
* Smokes all the time (Fixed)
* Smokes heavy on High acceleration
* High Oil Consumption - Still active
* When deaccelerating the is a huge cloud of smoke - Still Active
* Every time the car comes to a stop, it smokes - Still Active
* ECU Code P203D - Still Active
* Fouls Sparks Plugs within weeks

I then tried another workshop and they confirmed that incorrect seals sizes were used. The heads were not stripped while changing t he seals, I however still have the below issues with the car:
* Smokes Lightly on High acceleration
* High Oil Consumption - Still active
* When deaccelerating there is some Light cloud of smoke
* Every time the car comes to a stop, it smokes - Lightly
* ECU Code P203D - Fixed (Timing issue)
* Fouls Sparks Plugs

Any idea what could be wrong with my car, I have spent a lot already. The first two mechanic claimed it was the Piston Rings, but the 3rd Mechanic who fixed the timing said there's no way the bottom end could be faulty. the M113 engines are bullet proof. Also the symptoms are not related to worn rings.

Thank you....

C43 AMG with a tune up
Techs were they skilled working on AMG cars?
Did you go to a Mercedes specialist or a workshop like Chuck 'N' Cheese?
A bad mechanic will ruin your car and will also cost you thousands of bucks for nothing.

This place is a joke.
You left out the most important piece of information...what's the mileage? Was a compression test done prior to the work?

Good day Sir,

Compression was done few months ago when diagnosing the Seals, I was told that the values are within tolerances.

The car is at 306 000km now.
