You should buy adjustable camber arms.
You will never get even wear on rear tires as you have a split rear axle.
Split rear axles gives a smoother ride but has a compromise making uneven wear on rear tires.
Can't have it all!
Everything's a compromise.

Non divided rear axles on older cars gives less comfortable ride but rear tire wear is a lot better across tire tread if all 4 wheels are properly aligned.
Like I said, life's a compromise same thing with automotive industry coming up with new inventions.

Yes, that's right. Seeing the W203 has only front and rear Toe directional adjustment OEM we have invented and patented front Camber and Caster kits plus rear Camber (and extra Toe) kits.
To allow to adjust tire contact angles, spread load more evenly, gain traction.
Catering for other then showroom height conditions. “Ongoing” adjustment for day to day commuting encountering high cambered roads, wheel squat through load carrying or lowering. Fitting wide profile tires, curb knocks etc.

FRONT KITS
#502216-1G $295 (Both Sides) Camber adjustment
(less then cost of one hi performance tire).
Replaces the lower arm inner bushes. Precise single wrench adjustment. Accurately (under load) direct on alignment rack. Up to 1.5 degrees Pos or Neg Camber. More then enough to resolve costly premature edge tire wear issues.
#5022216K $480 (Both Sides) Same as above but Caster adjustable as well. Caster allows to accurately compensate for Camber change. Also the solution to correctly resolve steering pull.
These '4' bushes replace the front highest wearing and also at same time replace the OEM soft rubber, oil and air voided bushes with Monoball / 2 Axis. Allowing arms to still travel through their required suspension arcs but significantly improving brake and steering response.
REAR KITS
#501926J $380 (Both Sides) Camber (& extra Toe).
4/04-07 (Chassis A555 897), 10/03-07 (F457375), 12/03-07 (R131145)
Lower arm inner bush O.D 51mm
#502026H $320 (Both Sides) Camber (& extra Toe).
Above 2000-2004 Lower arm inner bush O.D 33mm
Rear kits also precise single wrench adjustable. Accurately (under load) direct on alignment rack. Bush extraction tool included.
#501526-1M $595 (Both Sides)
Upper adjustable Camber arms (incl extra Toe).
KMAC hi-strength chromoly tube with end mount bushings designed to outperform short life delrin or spherical bearings.
NOTE: When adjusting to resolve premature inner edge Tire wear – lower arm adjustment retains important clearance top of tire to outer fender. Upper arm adjustment reduces this clearance.
ALSO MANUFACTURED:
#501528K $480 (Both Sides)
Uprated bushings for the 6 multi link rear arms. Less twitch, flex, loss of traction. Especially when applying power to lane change / overtake.
Delivery $40 one kit $20 each extra.
