If you email Claus directly, you can get them from him (owner of Kleemann). Claus Ankjær <ca@kleemann.dk>
They will be shipped from Denmark. $1,000 shipped to the USA if I'm not mistaken.
Check out some of the posts about them though, they are foreign-made now I believe (China or similar) and have had quality issues. You get 1 year warranty.
I recently did a long post on SLK World about header options on the R171 SLK, for the $1k price Kleemanns are the best, BUT I would HIGHLY suggest getting MBH as everything about the headers are better (although a bit pricey at $2k) but it comes with lifetime warranty instead of 1 year.
