Small details
Being on holidays, I figured I would change the high beams and the fog light bulbs on my car to some PIAA ultra whites (darned expensive).
Anyways, getting to the foglight bulbs on the drivers side is a b*tch. When I pulled the bulbs out I noticed that they were from different manufacturers one side was a GE bulb (51 Watt) and the other side was a Philips bulb (55 Watt). Not that I would notice the 5 watt difference.
I then checked my high beam bulbs and they were different as well, one was an Osram and the other a Philips. 
I am paying/paid a lot of money for this car as is everyone else, and it kinda bugs me that little details like this are done during assembly. Granted many car manufacturers use different vendors for parts, but how about matching things up
especially with an AMG or any other made to order vehicle.
It's like having your dream house built and it looks good from the outside but finding out later they cut corners and were hidden from view.
I just wonder what other 'hidden' shortcuts are in my car that are like this.
