Best bang for the buck so far

Some old misalignment wear (pre front suspension refurbish) showed up recently in a bald section of my rear tires. Time for replacement. After scanning all the offerings at a popular online tire store, I decided to step up from $100 no-name tires to Michelin Pilot Sport 4 all-seasons for an extra $50 per corner. The drop in noise, improvement in handling, ride comfort, dry traction, wet traction, etc. is shocking. I know you guys would have clued me in if I had asked, but I didn't.

Verdict:
I have cheaped-out on tires for the last time.

C43 AMG with a tune up
Michelin's they also approved for use in winter when you write all-season tires?
This rubber compound is dangerous in summer, there's lots of flex in all season tires.
Best thing is to have a tire set for summer and another set for winter

The Michelin Pilot Sport 4 all-seasons, if I'm reading the report correctly, were the tire for the base C8 Vette. I can tell you that in the Alabama summer heat they hook and corner. It is a bonus that you can rotate them side to side for a little more even wear. No affiliation with Michelin but now a big fan.
