Mystery wire? or airline? what is this?
I removed the trunk lining on the passenger side rear side today and found this. What is it?

In the attached photo, focus on the silver metal wire/line that comes out of the side of the car (next to the orange wires).

The line then runs into the rubber port that goes into the rear bumper.

Is this stock? What could it possibly be for?

It's tied into the SRS system, may be a crash sensor or something. Just did a huge wire delete on my C55 and this was one that had to stay to avoid the red screen on the gauge cluster.
