C32 AMG Intercooler Pump / SC Engaging
Hello everyone,
I own a 190e W201 & have dropped a 2002 C32 AMG engine and transmission into it. I used all original c32 wiring, ecu, key etc
Everything was running and tested and then removed the engine to paint the engine bay. After removing the engine and connecting everything back together, I cannot find the wires that go into the IC coolant pump. Now the SC clutch isn't engaging. If I connect the SC directly to a 12v source, the clutch does engage.
My question is: can I bypass the ic pump relay / fuse which runs through the ecu and connect the pump up directly or will the fact it's not running through the ecu, show an error (currently doing it) and stop the SC working?
Is there any way around this if I cannot find the wires.
Thanks in advance
