Is this an Ipod solution?

did soem research and found this site: http://www.installer.com/aux/index.html

if you purchase the first itme on the page (the 3.5mm to RCA's) and then purchase the item for mb optical cd changer line in's (scroll down the page and look under mercedes benz), does that allow you to unplug your cd changer and using those items plug in your ipod and control it through the stock radio controls and steering wheel? what if you plug that setup into the aux port in the glove? could this be a solution to using the ipod and controling it? i hope so, im sure one of you will know, thanks!

No that wont be possible. First off the aux port will only play music and cant controll the ipod. The way through the cd changer wont work ethier because there is nothing that converts the signals to change the cd track to the signal that is requiered to change an ipod song. However there is something called icelink which is a little more complex im not sure how it exactly works but im sure there is some here that does check out the site http://www.densionusa.com/x/index.ph...=375&Itemid=79
or call the company up and see what they can do.
