Eurocharged Pulley 64.7mm to 65mm retune necessary?

Eurocharged Pulley 64.7mm to 65mm retune necessary?
Hi!
So I'm basically switching from the black aluminum pulley Eurocharged/Code 3 2nd generation to a 65mm steel pulley. The Eurocharged pulley was originally listed as 64.7mm.
Does this actually require a re-tuned? I imagine the discrepancy is so small that it wouldn't matter but maybe I'm wrong. I also heard a lot of people refer to the 64.7mm pulley as a 65mm pulley so maybe the slight difference was just manufacturing?
