So my 2002 c32 isn't shifting into drive fully, this is as far as it will move back. The car will still go into drive if i wait a moment and give it a bit of throttle. Is there any adjustment for this? or it this possibly a fault with the module?

I think you nailed this. Only other time this happens is when the engine . transmission mounts are super dead and flexed the shift rod a lot or they were just replaced. There is an adjustment on the shifter rod between the shifter and transmission but it only needs corrected when something has messed it up. It's a royal pain to adjust as well if it never has been before.
