Loose intake tube

The inlet tube that ducts air from the front of the car to the intake seems to be loose. Is the tube supposed to be held on by clips? The very front part, where it connects to the "mouth" that you can see through the grille popped off.

Look at the red circled areas. The right side is fine, but the left side (in the picture) popped off and I can't seem to get it back in. Not sure if its held on by clips or something.

Here's a picture from the front view through the mouth exposed through front grille. You can kinda see how its not connected to together and shifted to one side.

Also, what is the function of the circled blue part in the first picture? That part isn't closed as tightly as it should be either. The plastic flap is slightly cracked on one of its hinges.

I bought this car from another person so I have no idea how this happens.

There are no clips holding the tube on. It is fairly thin plastic (a poor design IMHO). I would not worry too much about it being ajar a bit as the dealer will replace it the end of the week. Hope this helps.

I had the same problem where the hose connects to th opening behind the grill it just snaps back into place. But if the dealer is going to replace it then bonus. =)

The part connecting to the front grill just needs to be snapped in place. There is a little plastic nub on top and bottom of the tube that holds it in place when connecting the tube to the air inlet.
