Clear side markers...why can't I just order these?

Took this pic from MB UK site..I have friends in Europe why don't I just order the bumper strips so i don't have to paint my lights? Anyone done this?

you can order bumper strips with or without the sensors from evosport.com for a c32 but i dunno about the c55 ...

problem with those is that if you get them u have nowhere to stick your bulbs for the corners into and if u take out those bulbs it will trip a sensor light on ur dash... ur best bet is to do what neal and I did.. just take ur markers to any bodyshop and have them paint it the same color as ur car.

Hey BenzoAMGpower, how much did the bodyshop paint them for? I was just about to take it to a body shop to get a quote. I wanna get an idea of how much it will cost. If it costs close to $95, I might as well order the evosport painted ones.

Its a good idea. I too wanted to have the Euro strips like i had on my old car. But after i made a thread for them, everyone said that they do not come off on some C55s. My strips are molded into the bumper so i would need a whole new bumper to get rid of them. So i just had mine painted.

All bodyshops must be different. I walked into a very good local bodyshop and they did mine for $10! well worth it. I bet most places will charge more.

im sure most shops do it for like $10 to $20 depending on teh type of paint used!!!
