C32 and C55 diferences?

Guys,
I have E500 and will trade it for the C55 when my lease is up next year.
Here's the diff I get so far on the C55, Am I missing something else, please con't the list... THanks.
- V8,
- 18" wheels,
- .3" longer nose,
- front grille(3 horizontal lines)
- Dual exhaust
- ????

updated interior
C55 has more torque and hp, but performance is VERY close (depending on who is driving!)
better suspension
more expensive
different bodykit
shifter on steering wheel

would a c55's suspension be the best way to lower a c32 ? since you are going to be using stock parts and not aftermarket parts like h&r and other just wondering

Well the other issue is that the Steering has been upbraded on the 05 C Classes - if I understand it - there's a thread I posted below regarding Direct Steering - something new on the 05's. I noticed it test driving a C32 vs C55 - the steering is more direct with better on center feel - less numb.
