Resonator delete and Magnaflow Glasspack c32 amg wagen
Hi there, i am going to do the Resonator delete and put in the Magnaflow glasspack instead of straight pipes. What inlet and outlet sizes do i require for the glasspack?
I will also be doing the secondary cat delete to make it sound as an AMG should.

Just recently did the true dual conversion and glass packs will not make much of a difference compared to straight pipes, it sounds horrible IMO. I did away with the straight pipes and now run just x-pipe and two dynomax 24215 bullet mufflers...SOUNDS AWESOME
just thaught i would share my 02 c32 since im new to the forums.. this is 2 months since ive had her so shes pretty stock except for .. staggered 19 inch TSW Mirabeau wheels, res and secondary cats deleted,tints,aftermarket black housing head lights, rear trunk lip , rear roof spoiler, smoked out the side markers, blacked the red on the rear tail lights left the white, vinyl wrapped the roof black, led day time running lights and interiors, 10k hid head lights. since the photo's ive also put a black and chrome flat affalterbach hood emblem.and much more to come.

That sounds great, what size of x-pipes and dynomax mufflers did you require?
P.S Does the x-pipe not take away some power as suggested on some other posts?
I actually felt an increase in response of the car with it straight piped...it just took off whenever I mashed the throttle (no restrictions) but it's far too loud my neighbors hated me and cops were always on my *** on campus
As for the x-pipe, it just makes sure the flow is balanced.
I would do 20%, however the legal limit in Illinois is 35% I believe.
I am thinking about doing 30%, does anyone have any pictures of MB black on black?
You may want to research some of the tint shops/people in your area and the type of tint they use. I had 20% on my C55 and I loved it (I also have sensitive eyes so it wasn't too dark for me), but so did state patrol. I used a different guy and tint on my Corvette and I think the box said it's 45% but it doesn't look much lighter than the C55 was. Besides, even 35% will look better than the fishbowl look you have now!

From prior experience I like 20% on the sides and 35% on the rear window...
Do you guys do the front side windows or just the rears? -I've never done a four door
i've always done 35% all around except front window... and it actually looks really nice! I took the tint off my c55 when i bought it because it started to peel off a bit and was just old. I dont know if I'll tint the c55, because i kind of like stock blue-ish color of the glass.

German V8 parade today as I was driving back to the office over the lunch hour (in my C55 of course!):
The E92 M3 looked like it has 20" custom wheels, pretty flush, and it sounded like it had aftermarket exhaust.
Meanwhile, the B7 S4 Avant looked the most well used, with something large in the trunk, to go along with the nice dent right in the middle of the rear bumper!
That car looks flawless! I love the lip, really brings everything together nicely. Have you ever thought of plasti-dipping the front grill black? I've done mine and I really love how it changed the front end. That lip would look great with a black grill I think
