I love the the sport grill. Could I ask you, where did you buy that grill from???? and did you recently picked it up???
I was on the C-Class(w203) forum last week and follow and link to a sight in Germany trying to buy one of this grill. although it have a picture of it but when click on it , it said it was not available for the C-Class

I saw MB is now selling a sport grille for the C class but it appears to have a chrome strip at the top where yours doesn't. Has anyone seen the MB part?

Call them......it's available for the W203!! You can also ask for a catalog on the website and see it for yourself. I asked the same question. Will it fit the C32? and they said that it is the same hood/grill configuration in all W203 models. It fits good!
