Can keys from EBAY be REprogrammed

Can keys from EBAY be REprogrammed
I did a search and i got different answers can keys from other mercedes be used on other cars if they are reprogrammed? i dont see why not it is computerized right? so thaT MEANS they ave to have a computer that can do this? lol please any help will do thanks in advance

It CAN NOT, unless it HAS NEVER been programmed in the first place.
Once programmed, it is that way forever...
That is... unless someone in the secret lab at MB Germany gets it and puts it in the super secret machine they won't let anyone else use.
