Hello Everyone,
I'm new here, my name is Krzysztof. Last July, I became the owner of a Mercedes W203 C32 AMG. The car currently has 53,000 kilometers on the odometer. Due to the low mileage, I would like to ask you, dear users, what to look out for, what is worth changing, which seals are worth replacing. I am looking for additional information on what is worth changing to keep the car in perfect condition despite its age.
I would be very grateful if you could give me some advice.
Best regards,
Krzysiek8008

The first would be to change all fluids, brake, coolant, oil, transmission, rear differential and supercharger. . Next would be to regrease the front wheel bearings, change the transmission electrical connector, and check for fluid wicking to the TCM.
The seals that go bad are rear main, valve stem seals, front cover seals, oil cooler seals, valve cover gaskets and sealant. and oil pump oring seal. The valve covers snd oil cooler seals are easily replaced, the valve stem seals much more difficult, and the others much much more difficult.
The spark plugs and wires would be next, as well as the rubber crankcase ventilation hoses , as they get brittle. While you are at it, you may want to make sure the radiator has been replaced, as the early one have a tendency to allow coolant to mix with the transmission fluid causing transmission damage.
Most likely the suspension component are probably fine at that mileage, but 24 years certainly doesn’t help the rubber bushings. I would guess the transmission mount to be bad at this time, just because it sags over the years, and possibly the motor mounts.
You also need to check the Intercooler, as these tend to start leaking. This is also bad.

Hi cdk4219, thanks for your quick reply. I changed all the fluids (brake fluid, coolant, engine oil, transmission oil, rear differential oil). I replaced the seals, all gaskets, and drain plugs.
I still need to change the oil in the compressor, but I'm afraid to do it myself, so I'll take it to an authorized service center.
I also replaced the transmission electrical connector—it was dry, so no fluid is leaking (I saw a thread about it on the forum, so I changed it).
I also lubricated the rear and front wheel bearings.
I already bought spark plugs at the authorized service center and will do it in April/March (I'm waiting for warmer weather). Are any lubricants or adhesives used for this? What should I pay attention to?
Do you recommend replacing the ignition wires?
“Crankcase vent hoses” - could you elaborate on what exactly these are? I'm not very experienced in mechanics, but I really like it.
The radiator was replaced with a new original one from an authorized service center by the previous owner.
I will replace the engine and transmission mounts, thank you!
The suspension is in very good condition, it was replaced by the previous owner.
The intercooler has already been checked, nothing is leaking.
Thank you again for your advice and help.
