Also,
1) 03 has the Power Steering wheel adjust under the steering wheel rather than next to power seat.
2) Full size spare came in 03 (no spare in 02).
3) some time in late 03 or 04 a rear parcel shelf first aid kit was added rather than the trunk pouch
4) 03 first year with signature plaques indicating who hand built the engine
5) 03 or 04 had a change to the air vent controls at center dash location.
6) 03 had a transmission software upgrade from 02
7) the Zenon option in 02 has the same lens as the stock lights and thus looks the same as stock. 03 and 04, you can tell that they are bi-zenon with clear lens and different inside.

2002's did not have the availability of bixenons as a factory option...it is optional on 2003 and 2004's.
i was told that my 2002 has slight differences...
the climate control console is different design w/ buttons instead of knobs
has carbon-fiber-look b-pillar garnish
as a small note, the early 2002's do not have a signature plate on the engine to show who built it, and it seems that 2002's theoretically dyno slightly lower power...
this is all that i have noticed
