This C55 Anyone's Here (Pasadena, CA) ?
Was in Old Town Pasadena for lunch with family looking for a safe spot to park and lo and behold another C55 ! Mine's the silver one on the left. The one on the right looked like Capri blue or maybe Diamond Black, but it definitely looked bluish under the fluorescent lighting combined with some ambient sunlight. Anyways, I just thought it was cool to see another in a different color

Nope.. In California you only get a RS (Retail Sale) receipt that is usually stuck to the inside of your front window, right corner.
Then about 30-45 days later you receive your plates in the mail from the DMV.

Oh ok, that explains it. Here in Florida you get a temporary tag (which is just a printed peice of paper to put where your tag goes) before you leave the dealer till the DMV sends you one. All the cars i see that people have new from cali all look like the cars are still on the dealers lot with the dealer tags still on it.

thanks for the photo which I was looking for one actually, for comparing the outlooks of the two colors in real life. Silver shows more details, where then the black really have to admire its whole black body effect. I wanted a black but no regrest with the silver by far
